We are now expanding our luxury team and are looking for exceptional Bridal Stylists who are passionate about fashion, sales, and creating magical memories for our brides.
✨ Your Role as a MASAL Bridal Stylist
You will be the heart of the MASAL experience—guiding brides through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing every bride with a personalised, luxury, unforgettable experience
- Working 1:1 with brides to help them find their dream wedding gown
- Building genuine connections throughout their entire bridal journey
- Staying informed on bridal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and accessories
- Recommending add-ons such as veils, jewellery, and custom design changes
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Supporting in-store events, runway previews, and bridal expos
- Maintaining MASAL’s signature high standard of presentation and elegance
- Representing MASAL and our international designer collections with professionalism and style
Who We’re Looking For
A stylist with passion, confidence, and the ability to make brides feel special the moment they walk in.
You must have:
- 1–2 years experience in bridal styling, luxury retail, or consultative sales
- Robust sales ability — confident in closing high-value purchases
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of bridal fashion and current trends
- A professional, polished, fashion-forward appearance
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends and late trading as needed
- Physical ability to move gowns, walk/stand for long periods, and lift up to 12kg
Preferred (but not required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel, Design, Psychology, or similar
