We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our dispatch team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Ongoing hours and consistent weekly shifts
- Work in a clean, organised, and safety-focused warehouse
- Great culture and opportunities to learn new skills
What You'll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately
- Process invoices and freight consignments using online portals
- Communicate with internal teams about orders, delays, or stock issues
- Keep your workspace clean and organised while following safety procedures
About You
- Previous warehouse, dispatch, or logistics experience is helpful but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Comfortable using computer systems including Outlook and Excel
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a busy warehouse
- Must have reliable transport (public transport not suitable for shift times)
