Key responsibilities:

- Initiate and lead project planning activities in alignment with established Project Management Frameworks.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery across all phases, including:

- Time Management: Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and key milestones.

- Resource Management: Effectively allocate and coordinate resources across workstreams.

- Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and ensure accuracy of invoicing.

- Risk, Issue & Change Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks; manage issues and process change requests efficiently.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate third-party vendors to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timelines.

- Communications & Reporting: Deliver clear, timely, and accurate updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships, ensuring transparency and integrity in all communications.

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, standards, and templates.

- Ensure all project activities comply with organisational policies, WH&S; requirements, and escalation procedures.

- Support pre-sales efforts, including preparing tender documentation and participating in solution scoping.





- Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and share learnings with Sales and Presales teams to improve future delivery.

Key skills:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline.

- Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMI, PMBOK, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within network delivery or similarly complex environments.

- Strong background in coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and vendors across high-complexity initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate with influence, including at executive and senior leadership levels.

- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate and communicate alternative approaches.

- Exceptional leadership and relationship-building capabilities, with a track record of driving collaboration and positive outcomes.

- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, quick-paced environments and make confident decisions amid ambiguity.

- Proficiency in project governance processes, frameworks, tools, and delivery methodologies.
