**Bartender**
- **Extensive cocktail knowledge** - able to prepare both classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.

- **Full understanding of bar operations** - including stock control, restocking fridges, rotation, and wastage management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced environment** while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Team player with robust communication and multitasking abilities.
