**As a **Clinical Care Manager,** you will be based in our residential aged home, **Lara Aged Care, Dungog** and will be responsible for providing leadership to the team, ensuring high quality care and service delivery. Lara Aged Care is a home to 64 seniors who require medical/rehabilitative, dementia and restorative care.

You will clinically and holistically support each resident to achieve their individual and health goals. You will have the ability to drive outstanding clinical, social and emotional outcomes for our residents.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Current AHPRA is essential
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential




- Studying toward or have Postgraduate Qualification in Aged Care or similar is highly regarded
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills
- A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, person centred and relationship-based care principles
