Are you an experienced Early Childhood Teacher passionate about creating a nurturing learning environment for young children?

Our client is seeking an experienced full-time Kindergarten Teacher to join dedicated team of early childhood professionals providing care for 30 children aged 3-5. This role is leading the kinder 3 room with up to 30 children in a sessional kinder setting.

This position is eligible for incentives under the Department of Education’s 2025-26 funded Kindergarten program. You could secure $21,000 to $38,000 in relocation incentives to move to Horsham. Horsham is known for it’s modern services, welcoming community with easy access to nature. It’s a lively city and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding natural attractions of the iconic Grampians.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in implementing engaging learning experiences, building strong partnerships with families,



and promoting children’s growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Assess and document children’s learning and development
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

A Degree in Early Childhood Education and previous ECT experience is essential.
