Primary Objective:

Support the Office of the Chief Finance Officer to manage the development, implementation and monitoring of budgets for the Department, and for the Office of the Chief Finance Officer. This includes leading the direction of the Department and Office of the Chief Finance Officer to enhance budget development and management strategies and skills and providing strategic advice on financial and budget policy issues and processes to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management.
