About the Role
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, corridors, pool surrounds, and public facilities
- Assist with rubbish removal and restocking supplies
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to brand standards
- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team
