As our team expands, we’re looking for a reliable and down-to-earth Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer who can keep our finances running smoothly with a proactive approach and work independently.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled accounting professional to handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, BAS etc. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations
✔️ Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
✔️ Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting
✔️ BAS, GST,PAYG and other statutory obligations
✔️ Liaise with suppliers, clients, and the internal team regarding financial matters
✔️ Support general bookkeeping tasks and financial administration
About You:
✅ Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting and can do attitude
✅ Skilled with Xero accounting software
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
