We’re looking for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship and safety. What We Offer: $45-60/hour + overtime + super Ongoing, long-term work with immediate start Supportive team and strong safety culture Variety of structural and residential steel projects Your Role: Fabrication, installation,
and assembly of structural steel components Reading and interpreting workshop drawings Site Visits and making erection plans Rigging and erecting structural steel Working at heights and operating elevated work platforms Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards Completing Site Audit Reports for the completed projects Perform structural steel welding onsite in accordance with AS/NZS 1554.1. Complete welding using MIG, stick, and flux-core processes as required. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications). Assist with assembly, bolting, and installation of structural steelwork. Conduct visual inspection and basic quality checks on welds. Work safely and efficiently within a team setting.
