Enthusiastic Dentist Wanted to join fast-growing dental practice that has a great reputation and excellent location. We have just expanded and need another dentist to work 2-3 days a week. Immediate start is available. The principal dentist is looking to drop her clinical days and you will be potentially taking up some of her patient base too.
Job does require working at least 2 Saturdays a month from 8am-2pm.
Attractive Commission rate offered.
Our Practice
My Gentle Dentist – Brookside is located inside busy shopping center with ample free parking.
We have four dentists in the practice with more than 15 years of individual experience.
Our modern practices are equipped with the latest CAD / CAM technology that included TRIOS SCANNERS, Milling Machines at both locations, Digital Xrays,CBCT machine on site, Rotary Endo, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Intra Oral Cameras, Implant Equipment etc. to name a few.
We offer Same Day Crowns this gives you facilities for high grossing capabilities.
The practice offers all aspects of general dentistry including but not limited to Surgical 3rd molar extraction, Rotary Endodontics, Implants, Same Day Crowns, Digital Smile Design, clear aligners, myobraces,All on X etc.
The practices enjoy a great reputation within the local community and predominantly get patients through word-of-mouth referrals with very little marketing spend.

The Job
You should have a Valid AHPRA registration and a preferred minimum of 1 year of experience to apply. The Principal Dentist is willing to mentor and will help you garner new skills; you will be well looked after by an experienced team who is dedicated to keeping you busy. You will have experienced and well-trained nurses and autonomy to work and grow.
If you have a desire to grow your qualified skills and, in the meanwhile, make sure you are supported by a great helpful group of people… you are reading the right job ad.Desire to learn and grow is a must.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a commitment to providing excellent dental care. Experience in endodontics and surgical extractions will be a really helpful.
You will be encouraged to enhance your professional skills by CPD participation and will be supported by a very experienced, helpful, dedicated and fun-loving team.
Remuneration will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
