What will you be doing?

In this newly created role, you’ll sit at the centre of our business improvement portfolio, turning excellent ideas into well‑sequenced, well‑executed outcomes. You’ll coordinate and manage the delivery of approved change and improvement initiatives across multiple domains. You’ll make sure each initiative is clearly defined, properly prioritised, and delivered in a way that creates real value for our customers and internal teams.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across operations, product, client success and engineering. Together, you’ll translate business problems into actionable plans, keep delivery moving, and remove blockers as they arise. Along the way, you’ll provide clear, consistent communication and support governance and prioritisation decisions. You’ll help teams prepare for change and follow up after release so that new solutions are adopted, used, and improved over time.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

- Own the end-to-end coordination and delivery of approved business improvement initiatives across multiple domains.

- Take in new change and improvement requests, ensuring problem statements, expected outcomes, and success metrics are clearly defined and documented.

- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, constraints, data impacts, and required stakeholders, so initiatives are ready for prioritisation.

- Translate scoped initiatives into clear delivery plans, including timelines, tasks, milestones, and resource alignment.





- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical leads to help assign work to squads/teams and maintain a strong delivery cadence across multiple concurrent streams.

- Monitor progress against plans, proactively remove delivery blockers, and ensure changes meet agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria before release.

- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring transparent, consistent communication on progress, risks, and decisions.

- Present initiative summaries, options, and recommendations to governance forums and support the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead in maintaining a prioritised pipeline of change.

- Track and report on delivery metrics such as throughput, quality, and alignment to strategic priorities, feeding insights into continuous improvement.

- Coordinate business readiness activities, including training, documentation, and communications, to support smooth change adoption.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution with business stakeholders, and conduct post-release evaluations to confirm value delivered and capture learnings.

What You’ll Be Able to Bring to the Role

- Proven experience in program/project management, coordination or similar delivery-focused roles

- Proven ability to plan, organise and manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, technology-led environment

- Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly define problem statements, requirements, success metrics and delivery plans

- Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product, data, quality assurance (QA) or digital teams to deliver change

- Comfortable operating within a PMO or multi-stream delivery environment, including governance and prioritisation processes

- Solid understanding of agile or project management practices (formal certification in Agile/Scrum/project management is a plus, not a must)

- Exposure to marketing technology (MarTech),



software-as-a-service (SaaS), digital platforms or data-driven businesses

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business contexts

- Strong risk, dependency and issue management capability, with a focus on practical solutions and unblockers

- High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, insightful status and performance reporting

- Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable outcomes

- Collaborative, adaptable working style and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders

Salary Banding: $140,000 - $160,000 + Super

Our hybrid working model combines in-office collaboration (three days per week) with work from home (two days per week).
