Job Description
We are currently building a compassionate and reliable team of Personal Care Workers to support our growing number of clients in Redlands, Wynnum and surrounding areas. Our clients live independently in their own homes, and we are seeking individuals who can provide respectful and attentive in-home support that helps them maintain their independence and quality of life.
We are passionate about delivering care for our clients and are proud of our team-focused, professional culture. With our small, close-knit team, we are looking to expand our numbers to continue providing quality care and spread our name throughout the community.
We are looking for experienced carers who love growing long-term relationships, with a high-quality service, based in the community. Tasks involved in this position will be Personal Cares, Social Support, Domestic Assistance, Transport and many more. Previous dementia care experience will be highly regarded.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Monday - Friday availability. A flexible availability (including overnights) will be highly regarded.
- Certificate III/IV in Aged, Disability or Individual Support (for position including Personal Care tasks)
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Drivers license and your own vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Be willing to travel within the whole of Redland City/ Bayside (approximately 30 minute radius)
- Previous experience with dementia care.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $39.00 – $43.00 per hour
