✨ We’re Hiring a Property Prep Specialist – Join Our Team! ✨
Do you love working behind the scenes to make properties shine? Are you someone who’s hands on, proactive, and enjoys creating welcoming spaces? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We are a quick growing Airbnb property management company seeking a Property Prep Specialist to assist with crucial property tasks on Sundays and Mondays (4 hours each day) and additional days Dec 20th- Jan 26th.
What You’ll Be Doing: As a Property Prep Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our properties are ready for guests and well maintained. Your tasks will include:
✔ Bin Runs – Putting out rubbish bins across multiple properties on Sundays and bringing them back in on Mondays
✔ Property Prepping – Prepping the property for the cleaner to come and clean but doing basics so set for them to come and finish with ease. (Eg: starting load of laundry, empty dishwasher, take out trash, clean BBQ.)
✔ Stock & Supply Checks – Ensuring properties are stocked with essential items (toiletries, supplies, etc.)
✔ Minor Maintenance – Completing simple tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting maintenance issues
✔ Supporting Our Team – Working closely with our property management team to ensure a smooth turnover between stays
What We Offer: ✨ Steady hours:
4 hours on Sundays & 4 hours on Mondays and additional hours available on Saturdays and in peak season of Dec 20th- Jan 26th.

✨ Someone reliable, organised, and proactive
✨Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
✨A valid driver’s license & your own reliable vehicle (required)
✨Previous experience in property management, cleaning, or hospitality is a bonus!
✨Comfortable moving between multiple properties in a day moving at a quick pace.
Location & Pay: Areas We Cover: Bellarine- Mainly Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Portarlington and Clifton Springs
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (discussed upon application)
