We are a growing food manufacturing company in Sydney looking for reliable, hard-working full time production staff to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working across our production line to help create our biscuits, marshmallow, and confectionery products.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting our daily kitchen and production operations. Tasks include mixing, depositing, baking, decorating, and packing products. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce biscuits, marshmallows, and other product lines
- Meet daily manufacturing and production targets
- Prepare, assemble, and package products
- Follow stock rotation procedures
- Perform daily/weekly cleaning duties and maintain a tidy work environment
- Support opening/closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and OH&S; standards
Essential Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work both in a team and independently
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Able to lift up to 25kg
- High standard of hygiene and attention to detail in food handling
- Full working rights in Australia

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.95 – $38.30 per hour
