How you will make contributions that matter
Join our UHT team in Leongatha and play a key role in producing high-quality dairy products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating, maintaining and cleaning UHT plant and equipment in line with SOPs
- Completing quality testing, sampling and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting other machine operations and packing activities
- Actively maintaining high standards of Quality, GMP and HACCP
- Participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working safely and modelling correct behaviours to ensure safety of all individuals, plant and product
About you
- Previous experience operating machinery in a food or manufacturing setting
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts across a 24/5 roster
