We now have a permanent full-time opportunity within our Productivity team for a Senior Adoption and Change Specialist based in our Melbourne (Mulgrave) office.
Responsibilities:
- Adoption Strategy for Digital Skills Coach: Lead the development and refinement of adoption strategies for Digital Skills Coach, ensuring alignment with modern workplace practices and user-centred design.
- Customer Change Strategy Support: Provide expert guidance to customers on change management, digital transformation, and user experience, with a focus on inclusive design and learning theory.
- Training Project Delivery: Deliver training and workshops with customers for the Digital Skills Coaching program.
- Collaboration with Copilot Adoption Lead: Partner with Copilot Team to ensure cohesive delivery across Copilot-specific and broader adoption initiatives.
- Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent ASI and Microsoft at events, conferences, and webinars. Share insights through presentations and occasional training sessions.
Essential Criteria:
- Senior consulting experience with clients and Microsoft partners.
- Expertise and education in change management, learning theory, inclusive design, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Desirable Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and refine digital adoption strategies aligned with user-centred design principles.
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or coaching programs related to digital capability or modern workplace skills.
- Ability to provide strategic guidance on customer change, digital transformation, and user experience.
- Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption teams.
- Proven thought leadership—e.g., speaking at events, leading webinars, publishing insights, or influencing industry conversations.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for empowering people through digital skills and modern workplace tools.
