Join the Team at Cru Bar – Glassy / Bar Back Wanted
We’re looking to add a new member to our team at Cru Bar! We're currently on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Glassy/Bar Back to support our busy weekend service.
Position Details:
- Availability: Thursday to Saturday evenings (between 6:00 pm – 1:00 am)
- Shift Duration: Approximately 6–8 hours per shift
- Hours: Around 20–25 hours per week
Previous experience is preferred however we provide full in-house training. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, works well in a quick-paced environment, and has great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meticulous glass washing and polishing
- Restocking the bar with ice, bottles, and clean glassware
- Removing rubbish and avoiding breakages
- Maintaining bar cleanliness and organisation
- Supporting bartenders to keep service running smoothly
