Join our team, as a casual part-time Golf Shop Assistant. We are looking for a customer service star, who is friendly and welcoming. You will need to be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the provision of high quality customer service to members and visitors, as well as:
- Golf competition processing
- Golf bookings via phone as well as face to face
- Retail sales
- visitor engagement
- RSA - alcohol service
- Golf cart parking and managing
- Cash handling
Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following:
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Computer literacy, including Word & Excel, and ability to learn new software
- knowledge of Golf
- Proven experience in customer service
- Ability to work unsupervised
- An energetic outgoing personality
- Current RSA (willingness to obtain)
- Previous Golf related experience is advantageous
