About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role working directly with the management team. You’ll be responsible for supporting our bookkeeping, general admin, and driver recruitment & onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Support
- Managing emails, calls, daily schedules and general office tasks
- Assisting managers with documents, forms, compliance tasks
- Maintaining internal systems, logs, and data entry
Bookkeeping (Basic to Intermediate Level)
- Processing invoices, receipts and weekly expenses
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with payroll data and timesheets
- Working with our accountants when required
- Drivers timesheet & preping payroll
Driver Hiring & Onboarding
- Posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with collecting driver documents
- Helping with induction paperwork and onboarding
- Communicating with new drivers about shifts, expectations and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in admin, office support or transport operations
- Basic–intermediate bookkeeping knowledge (quickbooks preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Confident using Google Workspace,( googlesheets)
- Recruitment or HR support experience is a bonus
- Must be reliable, professional and have strong attention to detail
- have your own forms of transport to and from work
Job Types: Part time, Casual
Pay: $24.95 – $47.48 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in St Marys NSW 2760
