Job Summary:
El Jannah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at the Tuggerah location. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, ensuring high quality customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage staff during shifts
- Ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Train and onboard new employees
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with inventory management
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Monitor and report on financial performance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
