About the role

- Be the trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for the CFO office, managing complex diaries, prioritising meetings, and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strengthen executive decision-making by preparing agendas, producing high-quality documentation, taking minutes, tracking action items, and maintaining accurate and compliant records.
- Own and drive executive communication workflows, including inbox management, drafting correspondence, handling confidential enquiries, and ensuring requests are actioned efficiently.
- Deliver seamless end-to-end coordination of travel, events, committees and operational logistics, supporting everything from board meetings to interstate travel.
- Champion operational excellence within the Executive Office, solving problems before they arise, maintaining office systems, and building strong relationships with leaders across the organisation.

About you





- Proven executive support, expertise with tertiary qualifications or substantial experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and collaborative performers, able to exercise initiative, sound judgement, and flexibility while delivering high-quality results within timeframes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships, negotiating effectively, and projecting a qualified image with internal and external stakeholders.
- Discreet, mature, and professional, always maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, highly proficient in Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and experienced in supporting executive committees with agenda preparation, minutes, and document production.
- Experience within the financial industry preferred but not essential
