Description:
As a Qualified Aged Care Support Worker, you’ll join a compassionate and inclusive team dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence, confidence, and wellbeing at home. Every visit is a chance to build meaningful connections and brighten someone’s day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care and mobility assistance with dignity and respect
- Supporting daily living tasks and community activities that foster independence
- Assisting clients to achieve their personal goals and stay socially connected
- Transporting clients to appointments and outings (paid kilometres)
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure high-quality client outcomes
Skills and Experiences:
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Community) or Nursing student with placement completed
- Experience in Aged Care or Community Services
- Empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting others
- Current Driver’s Licence, reliable insured vehicle,
- Current First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 vaccination highly recommended
