We now have a fixed-term, full-time opportunity within our Marketing team for a Marketing Assistant based in our Melbourne (Mulgrave) office.
Purpose of the Role:
The Marketing Assistant supports the ASI Solutions marketing team with campaign execution, content creation, and marketing operations administration.
This role is ideal for a creative and motivated early-career marketer who is eager to build experience across digital marketing, video production, and event execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure seamless campaign delivery and high-quality content output.
They will report directly to the Head of Marketing but spend 2–3 days per week supporting the Digital Skills team, assisting with content and video creation, including the OzTabletPC YouTube channel and other assets for the Digital Skills Coach programme.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Event Execution
- Support the marketing team in delivering integrated campaigns, including building and testing emails, preparing landing pages, and managing lead uploads.
- Assist in event preparation, logistics, collateral organisation, registration management, and post-event lead processing.
- Capture event content (video snippets, interviews,
testimonials) to fuel future campaigns and social storytelling.
Content Creation & Video Production
- Script, film, and edit video content for internal and external use, optimised for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and email campaigns.
- Support the Digital Skills team in producing and uploading content to the OzTabletPC YouTube channel.
- Repurpose long-form video or webinar content into shorter social-friendly clips that align with the company’s brand tone and social strategy.
- Maintain a consistent approach to quality, storytelling, and visual identity in all produced content.
Marketing Operations & Data Hygiene
- Assist in maintaining accurate and compliant data across marketing systems (Hubspot/Marketo and NetSuite).
- Tag campaign assets, manage version control, and document marketing processes to ensure operational consistency.
- Conduct regular data hygiene checks — reviewing for duplicates, incomplete records, or tagging issues.
- Assist with pulling campaign metrics and performance data for reporting and post-campaign reviews.
General Marketing Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team across campaigns and internal initiatives.
- Help maintain marketing asset libraries and shared content drives.
- Support internal communications, such as short team update videos or culture-led initiatives that align with ASI’s values.
Skills and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 1+ year experience (internship or junior marketing role) with a focus on content or video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working across digital marketing tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or CRM systems).
- Highly organised, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
