Hands-on Cook (Larder) to work on the cold section for our modern Australian share & banquet menus. Fast, consistent plating across salads, cold entrées and dessert garnishes. Keep mise en place tight; uphold allergen & food safety standards.
What you’ll do
- Larder service: salads, cold plates, garnishes, dessert plating
- Maintain MEP, labelling, rotation, and section cleanliness (HACCP)
- Follow specs to plate quickly and consistently during peak periods
- Support cross-section prep when needed
What you’ll bring
- Commercial kitchen experience (larder/cold section preferred)
- Speedy knife skills and high attention to detail
- Allergen awareness (GF/vegan handling a plus)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ready to start immediately
- WHV or new graduates encouraged to apply
