Contract Catering Services - Executive Chef
Lakes Sports & Community Club – Lakes Entrance Victoria
The Lakes Sports & Community Club (LSCC), a well-established, community-owned venue in Lakes Entrance, is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated contract caterers/executive chefs to operate and manage the Club’s kitchen and food service operations.
LSCC has a proud history of supporting local sport, community organisations and the broader Lakes Entrance community. As the Club continues to grow, we are looking for a catering partner who can deliver a high-quality, consistent and value-focused dining experience for our members, visitors and guests.
The successful caterer will be responsible for:
- Full operation of the Club’s kitchen and associated food services
- Developing and delivering an appealing menu suitable for our diverse patron base
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and presentation
- Employing and managing all kitchen and food service staff
- Working collaboratively with Club management to enhance the overall customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, food safety and licensing requirements
We are seeking a caterer who:
- Has proven experience in hospitality or contract catering
- Demonstrates strong culinary skills and operational leadership
- Has a customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Can operate efficiently and sustainably within a community club workplace
- Brings innovative ideas to enhance the Club’s food offering
