Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated team player who is committed to building a successful career in real estate. Property management experience is necessary if you've got the right stuff. Applicants with a proactive attitude and strong customer service skills will be highly considered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your the rent roll of 650 properties with other staff
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Marketing rental properties
- Overseeing rental arrears control
- Attending to tribunal applications and hearings
- Liaising on insurance matters
- Performing rental application reviews
- Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
- Preparing lease agreements
- Conducting general administrative duties
You will need:
- Current certificate of registration
- Experience with REST and preferably File Smart
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications
- Current drivers licence and your own reliable transport
- Solid communication skills
- Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
- Professional presentation
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
