About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with basic technical skills, a strong willingness to learn, and an interest in electrical assembly work. You will work under supervision to assist in assembling UPS systems, battery chargers, and related electrical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of UPS and battery charger systems under supervision
- Position, align, and adjust workpieces or electrical parts for wiring and assembly
- Perform basic drilling, tapping, and fabrication tasks as instructed
- Assemble simple components, wiring, and subassemblies using standard hand and power tools
- Follow quality assurance procedures and complete required checklists
- Immediately report any quality issues or process lapses
- Participate in daily production meetings with the Production Manager
- Support senior staff and learn best-practice assembly techniques
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Relevant technical or trade background (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.8 – 38 per week
