The Opportunity

Our Innovation & Impact team champions the translation of research into real-world solutions. Working collaboratively with researchers, professional services, partners and communities, the team works to scale and accelerate measurable improvements in child health and wellbeing. We are now pleased to be growing our team, as our work and impact continue to expand.

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Innovation & Impact team to deliver strategic initiatives that accelerate research translation, impact measurement, and commercialisation opportunities. This highly adaptable role will work across multiple projects, providing analytical insights, project management, and operational support to ensure successful delivery of complex, high-profile initiatives.

In this role, you will:

- Analyse complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain impact reporting dashboards and produce high-quality reports for diverse audiences.
- Manage timelines and documentation across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and share insights with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and support business cases for innovation and impact initiatives.





Conveniently based in our modern offices within Perth Children’s Hospital, this full-time role will be offered on an ongoing basis. Part-time will be considered for the right candidate.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field. Along with this, you will demonstrate:

- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools.
- Strong project management capability with experience in agile methodologies.
- A highly adaptable mindset, with comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in health, research, or not-for-profit sectors and familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and evaluation methodologies is advantageous.
