We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Worker. immediate Start!

What are we looking for?

Compassion, understanding and empathy towards disability and mental health in its various forms.

✅ Understanding and a willingness to learn about ALL or some of the following conditions: dementia, substance use and personal care.

✅Personal care experience or willingness to learn.

✅Must have mental Health experience.

✅All or part availability for weekdays and weekends.





✅Attention to detail in household tasks is essential.

✅Solid written and verbal communication skills. Including use of a mobile phone with access to data.

✅Access to a reliable car on a regular basis.

✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✅Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

✅Ability to obtain blue card and worker screening clearance.

The housekeeping and cleaning component of shifts is essential for each shift and can look different for each participant. Such as assisting with changing bed sheets, meal preparation, clothes washing, grocery shopping etc.
