About the Role
Looking to build a long-term machine operator career in a stable, forward-thinking manufacturing company?
We’re seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our industrial manufacturing team. This is an excellent machine operator position for those who value consistent work, skill growth, and a supportive environment.
You’ll be part of a busy production line team operating extrusion machines and forklifts to produce high-quality PVC products used across Australia.
Location:- Acacia Ridge, QLD
Job Type: Casual to full time conversion
Roster: 4 days on, 4 days off (2 days, 2 nights – 12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion and material blending equipment from start to finish
- Monitor machinery performance and ensure smooth production flow
- Operate a forklift (counterbalance) for material handling
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production data and report any faults or irregularities
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in machine operating or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
- Current Forklift Licence – counterbalance experience ideal
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to learn and commitment to long-term employment
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Pay Range
Competitive hourly rates + penalties (based on experience and shift)
