We are seeking an experienced Demo Test Barista to join our dynamic team in Rosebery, New South Wales. This full-time position is crucial for showcasing our premium coffee offerings and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in the hospitality and catering industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a strong understanding of barista techniques, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to promote our coffee range.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
- Engage with customers to provide information about our products and services.




- Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
