About the opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Receptionist to support the therapists in delivering exceptional treatments and service ensuring the spa is well presented. You will be responding to store customers, gift vouchers & email queries, data entry and inventory requirements. With a focus on connecting with our community to promote glowing skin and foster better physical, emotional and spiritual wellness.
This is a casual opportunity at endota spa Highpoint with approximately 20 plus hours on offer per week.

About You...
- 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (experience in spa or beauty industry advantageous)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently, multitask and manage your own workload to agreed timelines
- a mature personality with a can-do attitude
- effective communication skills and a passion for the industry
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Word / Excel and Outlook
- Sales experience within similar industry
- Skin care product knowledge
