CMed ANZ is a successful and rapidly expanding B2B aesthetics products supplier, dedicated to supporting clinics at the forefront of dermal and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

We partner with leading cosmetic and dermal clinics to bring together evidence-based products, advanced protocols, and functional support. As we expand our product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we are building a team who are as passionate about science and skin as they are about client service and commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for two complementary roles:

- Senior Clinical Sales & Support Consultant
- Associate / Apprentice to the Managing Director

Both positions will work closely, and clinic partners to:

- Support existing and prospective clinics in adopting existing and new products and protocols
- Deliver in-clinic training, education and consultative sales support

Each role can be full-time or part-time for the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

In line with your experience level, you will:

- Act as a trusted advisor to medical, dermal and aesthetic clinics, taking a consultative, value-adding approach.
- Develop a deep understanding of CMed ANZ product portfolio and the clinical science underpinning each product
- Provide in-clinic and online education, demonstrations and training on treatment protocols and best practice
- Support clinics with treatment planning, product selection and integration into their existing menu of services
- Work with the Managing Director and the sales team to identify, nurture and convert new clinic opportunities
- Gather, record and communicate market feedback, competitor insights and emerging trends in dermal science
- Contribute to clinical and educational content: protocols, treatment guides, presentations and case studies
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans and activity reports
- Represent CMed ANZ at conferences, workshops and professional events as required





The Senior role will additionally:

- Take ownership of a portfolio of key clinic accounts and growth targets
- Co-design commercial strategies, launch plans and territory development with the Managing Director
- Mentor and support the Associate/Apprentice as they develop their skills and clinic portfolio
- Contribute to medium-term strategic decisions, with access to bonus and incentive options aligned to outcomes.

The Associate / Apprentice role will additionally:

- Work closely with the Managing Director as a hands-on apprentice, learning all aspects of clinical sales, support, and business development
- Assist with research, preparation of educational materials, event organisation and clinic follow-up
- Gradually take responsibility for smaller clinic accounts under structured supervision and coaching

About You

You are naturally curious and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in dermal science and non-surgical aesthetics.

For both roles, you will bring:

- Solid interest in dermal science, cosmetic dermatology, or non-surgical aesthetics
- A consultative mindset – you listen first, then recommend solutions aligned to clinical and business needs
- Curiosity: reading and interpreting peer-reviewed research and industry publications
- High standards of professionalism, ethics and patient/client safety
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinic owners, nurses and dermal therapists
- Strong organisation and follow-through: you keep promises and close the loop
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, high-trust team

For the Senior Clinical Sales & Support Consultant, you will also bring:

- Proven experience in B2B sales and/or clinical support within medical aesthetics, dermal, skincare,



devices or pharma
- Demonstrated success managing a territory, growing accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confidence delivering training, demonstrations and presentations to clinical audiences
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset – you are motivated by building something, not just “servicing”

For the Associate / Apprentice to the Managing Director, you may bring:

- Early experience in dermal therapy, cosmetic nursing, beauty therapy, device sales, or clinic coordination; or
- A relevant qualification (or currently studying) in dermal science, cosmetic nursing, health science or similar
- A strong willingness to learn, take feedback and develop into a senior commercial/clinical role over time
