At Sale Garden Supplies and Mini Mix Concrete we supply a range of barks, soils, stone Concrete and a range of garden products, our customers often seek advice and have a high customer service expectation. We operate 7 days a week through summer Monday-Saturday 7.30am -4.30pm. Sunday 10am-3pm.

As a YARD PERSON/ DELIVERY DRIVER/ CONCRETE DRIVER, this is a diverse roll, where you will not get bored working in a small team environment with a variety of task. You will play a crucial role in serving our customer with a smile, offering advice, and loading their Vehicles, adhering to safety requirements. When delivering ensure to follow all road rules and represent Sale Garden supplies in a positive manor.

We are looking for a stable, dedicated, fit, energetic person, versatile as there are a range of duties, and with great communication skills to join our small team for an immediate start, some one who can see this as a long term roll.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Current MR licence (manual)

· Front end Loader ticket with Experience.

· Bonus skills- forklift licence, Concrete agitator experience, and garden product knowledge, basic computer skills.

HOURS OF WORK

Will be required to work 5-6 days a week between 7.30am- 4.30pm alternating Saturday.

Alternatively,



may have 2 part time rolls for the right applicants.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

· You will be expected to greet and serve customer with a friendly manor (required to learn about products)

· Loading bulk product in vehicle/ trailer with loader in a safe manor

· Concrete batching and delivery (training provided)

· Delivering of bulk products (familiar with google maps) or local area knowledge

· Handle any issues that arise during the order or delivery process, such as access point, ground stability, wrong product.

· Manual handling of items will be required.

· Vehicle cleaning and Maintenance.

· Yard maintenance and cleanliness

· Sales entry on computer, cash/eftpos handling.

· Packing of stock away

· Answering phone and taking orders.

APPLICATION
