We are a locally owned plumbing business specialising in maintenance and repairs. We pride ourself on our professionalism and industry leading work.

Our head office is located in Hume ACT 2620 and we complete plumbing works for small to medium businesses, government, and commercial clients since 2023 in the ACT and surrounding NSW regions. We are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join our team as our business is growing and need a full time in house Contract Administrator to assist our projects.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

As the Contract Administrator, your role will include but not limited to the following:

- Producing, and negotiating contracts for plumbing jobs
- Reviewing and interpreting contracts for the purpose of contract compliance
- Processing relevant paperwork with contracts
- Communicating with relevant parties to negotiate contracts




- Ensuring the integrity of contract information
- Ensuring correct correspondence of the contracts
- Recognising risks of contract terms and interpret the risks to the directors
- Maintaining the knowledge of relevant contract laws
- Identifying the relationship between parties involved in the contracts to allow maximum value of the contracts
- Tracking work progresses to ensure contract terms fulfilment
- Communicating contractual obligations to relevant internal staffs to ensure compliance
- Working with the directors to review updates on contracts
- Providing detailed budgets and costs of each project

Pay: $76,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
