Structured 12-month onboarding. We set you up for success with:
- First two weeks - intensive training, shadowing, and loads of support.
- Over the next six months, gradually build your caseload, with time to learn, reflect, and grow your clinical skills at your own pace.
- Ongoing mentoring and supervision to help you step confidently into your role as an independent clinician.
