Early Childhood Lead Educator – Erskine Park
We are currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Lead Educator to join our established team in Erskine Park.

About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
- Lead engaging programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Design and evaluate stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Record meaningful observations and track children’s development.
- Mentor and support fellow educators, ensuring practices reflect EYLF principles.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Approved First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid computer literacy and administrative skills.
