The Role:
As an Experienced Barista, you will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include
- Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
- Serving customers and using the POS
- Engaging with your team and customers alike
Skills & Experience:
- Peoples person with a positive , can do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Previous experience as Barista ( 2 Year )
You must have the below attributes:
- Have a Passion for coffee
- Well Presented
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Enthusiastic
- Ambitious
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previously worked in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work as part of a Team
Experience:
- Barista: 2 years (Essential)
- Latte Art: 2 years (Preferred)
- Grinder Callibration: 2 years (Preferred)
What's on Offer:
We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time or Part Time positions. The store will operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be avaibale for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
