Summary:
As a Customer Success Specialist at our Airport West location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to contribute to our team's success. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships, ultimately driving customer loyalty and retention.
Responsibilities:
- A dynamic mix of phone, email, and chat communications
- The chance to convert leads into active subscribers by understanding their needs
- Involvement in the full subscription lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
- Direct influence on customer satisfaction through service, reviews, and feedback
- Close collaboration with your team, with ongoing training and support
- A steady Monday–Friday roster with no late nights or rotating shifts
- A competitive package: $65,000 base + superannuation + monthly commissions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
