With continued growth and a commitment to innovation, we are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Parts Distribution Centre.

Role Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day production, logistics, quality, and workforce management to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and safe operations. This role requires strong leadership, solid experience in automotive manufacturing, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across production, warehousing, and logistics.
- Ensure targets for output, quality, safety, and delivery performance are consistently met.
- Implement and monitor KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
- Maintain and develop internal and external relationships with clients and other business partners
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales teams to align operational goals.
- Oversee workforce planning, training,
and development of multi-skilled teams.
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demand.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high operational standards.
- Lead 65 warehouse and inventory staff
- Reporting and analysis focus
- Lead root-cause analysis and problem-solving for any operational issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry. Logistics or supply chain will also be highly regarded.
- Robust knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid inventory skills
- Strong focus to Health and Safety
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret data, and drive performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Degree is Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or similar (preferred).
