The opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers the chance to:
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
- Provide actionable insights and analysis to drive organisational performance and efficiency.
- Partner with business units to improve processes, systems, and financial literacy.
- Lead or support initiatives in automation, digitisation, and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and risk management requirements.
About you
For this appointment,
we are seeking an analytical and self-motivated finance professional to join a collaborative team on a transformative journey. Your passion for creating positive change will be welcomed and celebrated.
Candidates with the following skillsets are encouraged to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, with CA / CPA certification or a master's degree being highly desirable.
- Previous experience in award-based payroll functions ideally SCHADs Award
- Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Possess excellent communications skills
