A well-established and respected Owners Corporation management firm is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Owners Corporation Manager to take on a well-maintained Victorian portfolio.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage a portfolio from end to end while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use Owners Corporations
- Coordinating and conducting AGMs/SGMs and committee meetings
- Arranging quotes, repairs, and contractor engagement
- Ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (VIC)
- Managing correspondence and supporting committees professionally
- Working independently while utilising internal systems and processes
Who We’re Looking For
This role is suited to someone who can operate confidently with minimal supervision, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an OC/Strata Manager
- Strong understanding of Victorian strata legislation
- Confidence chairing meetings and communicating with committees
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Qualified and calm approach when resolving issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
