Air Conditioning Equipment (ACE) is a respected, privately owned Australian business based in Carrum Downs. We may be a small team, but we’re making a big impact in the Air Conditioning and Electrical Wholesale industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This position will begin on a casual basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
About the Role
- Hours: 6:00am – 12:30pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
- Deliver air conditioning units and related equipment to contractors, retail stores, and project sites using our automatic long wheelbase delivery van.
- Assist with handling and lifting bulky items, working closely with forklift operators to ensure safe delivery.
- Collect equipment or products from suppliers when required.
- Complete goods receipting,
reconcile delivery dockets, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
- Support general warehouse operations as needed.
About You
- Hold a valid full driver’s licence with a strong, proven driving record.
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- Dependable, responsible, and detail-focused.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
