Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Driver, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for:
- Welcoming all clients who visit the dealership with a friendly demeanour.
- Picking up customer vehicles from their home, workplace, or other locations.
- Providing courtesy drives for customers to their desired destination, whether home or work.
- Assisting in managing a busy and fast-paced car park.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor at the dealership.
- Working closely with Service Advisors to create a personalised customer experience.
About you:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- A commitment to providing the highest level of service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- An outgoing, warm, and bubbly demeanour.
- Intermediate skills in using computers and software.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Must hold a valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
