Position: Inside Sales Executive
Head Office: Ingleburn, NSW
Salary: $80k + Super + Commission (OTE: $100k)
Working Model: Onsite - Moves to Hybrid after 3- 6 months
Start Date: December or Jan Start!
WOW Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised, design-led manufacturer to find an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join their growing Sydney team.

The Role
- Manage and qualify inbound leads
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understand product applications and basic installation requirements
- Research leads prior to contact
- Conduct phone and email outreach
- Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain sustainable profit margins
- Manage key customer relationships and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales outcomes
- Represent the business at trade events and lunch & learns
About You
- Proven experience working to KPIs and sales targets
- Robust phone-based sales experience
- Ability to manage and convert inbound leads
- Background in product-based sales
- Confidence engaging with builders, designers and stakeholders
- Experience in specification sales, lighting, furniture or similar (highly regarded)
- Driven mindset with a strong desire to grow your career
