Your Team
The position sits within the Implementation team, which is an integral part of the Managed Accounts division. The role reports to the Senior Manager - Implementation & Development and will work closely with, the wider Back Office and Front Office Teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage risk matters related to managed accounts including identification, case management and analysis
- Trade management ensuring the integrity of the rebalancing system
- Implement instructions from Investment Managers and Customers and rebalance accounts to align with the investment strategies
- Process Managed Fund orders and Listed Security trades to the platform and to market ensuring pre and post trade compliance is met
- Management and reporting of compliance obligations and breaches to assure high quality outcomes
- Liaise with professional investment managers, responsible entities, brokers and financial advisers as well as internal teams
- Administer high volumes for managing the day to day tasks with high quality & exceptional service
- Promptly & professionally respond to internal & external queries (via email & telephone)
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Your Capability and Experience:
- Relevant finance and/or accounting qualifications and/or 2+ years experience in comparable role, preferably with managed accounts or model portfolio experience or investment operations.
- Experience in funds management, stock broking, private client portfolio management,
or any other time-sensitive industry where accuracy is paramount.
- Working knowledge of Wrap platforms or Mastertrust products
- Can analyse and communicate complex information simply
- Reconciliation and compliance management
- Excellent attention to detail, impeccable accuracy and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
