About the Role
SSP Australia is seeking passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our brand-current Icebergs venue at Sydney Airport T3. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of the pre-opening team for one of Sydney’s most renowned dining experiences.
We’re looking for skilled Bartenders and Baristas who are ready to deliver exceptional service and create memorable moments for every guest in a fast-paced, premium setting.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Bartender: Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-paced or premium venues, with cocktail knowledge and strong customer service skills.
- Barista: Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume café or restaurant, with strong coffee knowledge and a passion for quality.
- All roles:
- Previous café, restaurant, or bar experience is highly regarded.
- Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings and weekends.
- Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Energetic personality and a can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
