About the role
The Principal Project Manager will lead and manage the development and implementation of medium to large scale digital and information, communication and technology projects by ensuring successful completion within agreed performance criteria that contribute to positive patient and business outcomes for West Moreton Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
* Leadership experience in the management of a large-scale IM/ICT projects including planning, quality, risk management, reporting, budgeting and project closure preferably in the health care industry (SFIA skill: PRMG: Level 6).
* Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders. (SFIA Skill: RLMT: Level 6)
* Understanding and application of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2), and an ability to promote and provide advice on the appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools (SFIA Skill: METL: Level 5).
* Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication and skills for use in a complex project environment.
* Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring an effective multi-disciplinary team.
* Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective relations with team members.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Whislt not manadatroy, a relevant degree or qualificaiton in Information Communication Technology or business related disciplines would be highely regarded.
