About the role
Provide competent social work services across acute and sub-acute settings, supporting patients and families to optimise psychosocial outcomes and achieve maximum benefit from healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based social work interventions, including counselling and psychosocial assessments, to support patient care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to influence clinical outcomes and improve service delivery.
* Provide supervision and education to students and less experienced practitioners, ensuring high clinical standards.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and compliance with professional and organisational standards.
